Make sure you have a good anti virus program. I would suggest being very careful if you click on a link someone puts in their answer. I clicked on one before and it didn't have a virus but someone had put a really disgusting picture on the link but from the question and answer you would of never guessed.

Surfing the net will never be safe but Yahoo has filters and works 24 hours a day to keep the website safe from viruses. But no one never knows when a virus might infiltrate the website. they will always try to do to infect the website and so every user of Yahoo
The virus U caught was not from Y/A.
As long as you don't click any link in Y/A, there is no Virus can be passed to you via Y/A.
Not at this time... It is possible



1 - They are able exploit code in Yahoo Answers



2 - You click on link that takes to a website with a payload.



Just make sure you are protected.

I don't know other night I clicked a link someone put in their question and no sooner than I done that my anti virus popped up telling me that was a virus.
