Ashlee, putting your email address on a website isn't a great idea, it'll be picked up by spambots and you'll get more spam. If you have to do it, do it like this: stokes(at)hotmail.co.uk. Humans can recognise it but it's more of a problem for the spambots.

Inviting strangers to email you, and opening emails from strangers, ain't a good idea. You're liable to get viruses and spyware. Similarly, I ain't going to email you my email address.

Use a good anti-virus program such as Avast and a good anti-spyware program such as SuperAntiSpyware. If they don't cure it for you, try Spyware Warrior: http://www.spywarewarrior.com/index.php
