No it can't get into CDs, as long as the CD is clean and already written.

But if you are trying to write files to a CD, then it is better to scan those files, coz if one of them is infected then the virus will go to the CD.

If the viruses were on your harddisk they cannot infect you CD files unless you made a burn job.
