hmm i say yes because there are a ton of people out there who would just love to get a load of it and pay you off and be like HAHA were going to infect everyone in the world with this and we will be dancing in their streets. the FBI and other enforcers of the law would look into it and make sure the public didnt know about it and make sure it didnt spread. they would also have to make sure they had enough vaccinations to go through a ring of vaccinations so everyone would get it
