Avg Free Edition if you want a simple but great antivirus program for if you want to fix your pc up. AVG will make sure your viruses are removed, and then, hopefully, your pc will go faster.
If you really think you have viruses or a worm, you should reformat your C:/ drive. it's not a difficult process, and as long as you kept the disc with your OS on it you'd be able to do it
