I recommend downloading AVG and SpyBot, both are free, then scan your computer with AVG first, followed by SpyBot. That should help you get rid of any kind of malware. AVG will update automatically, SpyBot needs to be updated manually at least once a week. GOOD LUCK!

Rex is right! I have Avast www.avast.com, they have a free home version that scans your hard drive and will remove all of these viruses. It also updates daily and is very good!
