My PC has been infected twice before, and I've been able to remove the viruses myself by going to the Symantec website and using THEIR antivirus scan available on their website to scan my PC, (because the virus completely disabled my AV program). Their AV scan is VERY up to date and can usually determine which virus has infected your PC.
They then have a webpage listing a variety of different virus removal tools. You can just click on the applicable tool and download it to remove the virus. (Hopefully the virus infecting your PC will be listed.)

You can also call Symantec, the phone # should be listed on the website, and they will help you remove the virus for a fee. I've done this before too. It cost me around $70 to do it, but it was absolutely worth it!!! My PC stayed in my possession the entire time, and they walked me through the steps to remove the virus, and the issue was completely resolved within one evening.

Wooh, I can locate virus by myself but I would suggest you to use McAfee VirusScan (easily removes those unwanteds eversince DOS days "Scan/clean C:" up to Windows days, now!) if you dont have McAfee download AVG for free you'll find it good too.
